HELPING CLIENTS ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS:

I plan to help my clients by:

Listening to Their Needs: Understanding each client’s unique goals and challenges.

Evaluating Physical Health: Assessing their current fitness level and any limitations.

Creating Customized Plans: Designing personalized fitness programs that are both effective and engaging.

Maintaining Motivation: Setting realistic milestones and celebrating progress to keep clients motivated.

Providing Ongoing Support to ensure continuous improvement.

This approach ensures clients can achieve their goals without getting unmotivated or discouraged.

FUN FITNESS FACT:

Meeting world renown marathon runner, Kathrine Switzer and having a shirt signed by her was incredibly valuable to me!  As the first woman to run the Boston Marathon in 1967, she opened the door for countless women runners and showed us that there are no limitations. Her pioneering spirit and achievements have been a profound inspiration in my own fitness journey.
