I didn’t want to be a victim of cardiovascular disease do I decided to break the cycle and became educated so I can help my loved ones and friends! FUN FITNESS FACT:
One fun fitness fact about me is that I once attempted to deadlift 315lbs, and I was able to do 2 reps weighing in at 135lbs! It definitely fueled my passion for strength training and made for a memorable day filled with laughter and excitement!
